Measurement matters

In 1997, an innovative set of Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) were developed by Richard Barrett to map the values of individuals and organisations. The result is a detailed diagnostic of an organisational culture and a roadmap for continuous improvement.

The tools are based on the Seven Levels of Personal and Organisational Consciousness. They enable a map to be drawn for assessing the alignment of the personal values of the employees to those of the current culture of the organisation, and those of the current culture to the desired culture at each of the different levels.
